Sean Brennan

Sean is a third-generation engineering and construction professional. From a young age he learned to appreciate the ever-changing means and methods of the construction and building process. As he grew up working for his families site development company he gained a significant amount of real hands-on experience. He took that experience and eagerness to learn more about the industry to college where he received a degree in Construction Management at Roger Williams University. After college Sean worked for a number of Heavy Civil contractors climbing the corporate contractor world holding positions as a project engineer, estimator, superintendent, project manager, department manager and quality control manager. He completed various road and bridge building projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $500,000,000. After leaving the corporate world he returned home to run his families site development company Brennan Construction, Inc. where he still is today. He’s managed all phases of the construction process on countless projects that vary in complexity. Sean continues to pursue his passion in construction management here with All Things CM, where the primary goal is to help clients bring their concepts to reality in the most seamless and comfortable manner possible. He believes that if your professionalism is in managing the construction process itself there is always a way to deliver a successful project that meets the clients goals. Neil Walker
Managing Partner/Project Facilitator
Neil graduated from Salem State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has been in and around the construction industry his entire life. Neil has a wide range of hands-on construction experience including but not limited to, general labor, demolition, rough and finish carpentry, painting, landscaping, masonry and tile work, drywall, and flooring. Neil also possesses extensive knowledge in site work ranging from labor to cost estimating and project management with a further emphasis around field engineering, operations, and logistics management. He is particularly strong in the area of organization and job site processes. With an acute attention to detail, he is adept in finding ways to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively and that each phase of construction flows smoothly to the next.
